melbourne aquarium goes pink for breast cancer month
   

Melbourne AquariumOn Wednesday the 29th Sept, Resolution X turned the Melbourne Aquarium pink for the National Breast Cancer Foundation to celebrate 10 years of progress with research, and the launch of Breast Cancer Month. In Melbourne the Illumination Gala Dinner was for approximately 250 guests at the Crown Casino - Melbourne.
The lighting rig consisted of 6 x 2500w CityColors, 6 x PAR64 and a very handy Mag light to warn off curious tourists.
Illumination Gala Dinners
In keeping with the international focus of the event Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane this year hosted Illumination Gala dinners.
In Sydney numerous Consul Generals hosted intimate dinners at their private residences for the foundation's guests.
In Melbourne the Illumination Gala Dinner was for approximately 250 guests at the Crown Casino - Melbourne.
Whilst in Brisbane a dinner was held for approximately 250 guests at the Stamford Plaza Hotel.

Following the Sydney dinners, guests were transported to the Park Hyatt in Sydney to view the Illumination of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. In Melbourne and Brisbane the guests were able to view the Illumination of The Crown Casino and The Story Bridge respectively.
For Ten Years the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Estée Lauder companies have been working in partnership to increase our understanding of Breast Cancer. Today there is far more information available for woman and their families than for any other disease, thanks to all the support and donations to the foundation every year.
